My little brother killed himself two days ago and I totally by chance came across this song. I can't stop crying. We had a horrible relationship but had I known how dark his life had become, given the chance I would have been there for him in a heartbeat. I would give anything at this moment to have been given the opportunity to carry his burden. This song couldn't have entered my life at a more appropriate time. Rest in peace little brother. I love you and will always miss you.
This was played at my brother’s funeral as me and our siblings carried his coffin in. Can’t listen to it now without it bringing tears to my eyes. Such a beautiful melody with beautiful lyrics that have so much meaning
